Screen Rooms are structures made of aluminum building products such as: 2x3 square tubing used for posts as well as chair rails. A 2x3 may also be used as a header across the top of the front and side wall section with a 1x3 bottom plate along the bottom of the concrete slab or wood deck, 1x3 bottom plates are also used to climb the walls to join the host structure (such as a house) to the new screen room.
An aluminum roof either insulated or not may be used on your screen room based on your individual needs. The roof is anchored to the host structure (house) by way of a 3 1/8" Receiving channel which is caulked then mounted to the permanent structure. The roof then slides into the receiving channel and interlocks every foot or every 4 foot depending on which product.
Any style can be accommodated just send us an illustration of what you would like done and we will review your plan and get back to you. Some of the most common styles for a little flair would be a gabled or arched roof - this requires support beams such as 2x6 self mating or greater most people are ok with a flat pitched roof less money to build and less problematic.
